NoviRes nanofiber fabrics
Czech scientists have developed thin membranes, which could be used in combination with another layer of textile to achieve full functionality and good physical abilities of nano fibers. The layers also protect nano membrane inside. NoviRes can supply this technology in three commercial products:
1. AntiVirus nanofiber membrane
The AntiVirus nanofiber membrane captures 100% all kinds of allergens, dust, bacteria, fungi, viral diseases such as SARS, MERS, TBC and influenza including H5N1, H1N1 and H7N9. Laboratory testing was conducted using the PhiX174 Bacteriophage, one of the smallest known viruses at 25-27nm in size, and determined the filtration efficiency >99,997 %. We offer raw material in rolls or finished disposable facemasks.
600X magnification of nano fibre. Bigger dot is Staphylococus. Smaller one is H1N1 virus.
2. Dust Protection nanofiber membrane
Our DustProtection membrane captures all particles above 2,5 micron (PM 2,5), it is washable material. We offer raw material in rolls or finished face masks for multiple use.
3. Clean Air nanofiber membrane This type is designed for window and door ventilation. This exclusive type of membranes of nanofibers can be used as a permeable barrier against dust, pollen, and mold spores from the environment coming into the interior. The membrane “Clean Air” captures 100% of the total pollen particles and dust particles from 1 micron and above.
The material is characterized by: - Good light-permeability - High filter efficiency - Air and water vapor permeability - UV stability - Resistance to mechanical stress and weather conditions - Very competitive price
The usage of “Clean Air” is appropriate in urban or industrial areas with high levels of airborne-dust in the air, especially during periods of excessive content of airborne-dust in the air. Clean Clean Air is the optimal solution for asthma and allergy sufferers as well.
All our products are designed and made in EU and laboratory tested.
